Questions, answered.
Which tryout should I attend?
Attend the tryout that corresponds with your grade level / birthday and desired level of play. If you are interested in ECNL or ECNL RL, please attend those specific tryout sessions. Use the age group calculator above to find your bracket.
Can I attend multiple tryout sessions?
Yes — your registration fee covers tryouts for all of our programs.
What should I wear to tryouts?
Black shirt, black shorts, and black socks — no club or HS branding. All players must adhere to this so we can evaluate fairly. At check-in you will receive a number sticker for your shorts.
Do I need to attend both tryout days?
Both days are not required, but strongly encouraged so you can be properly evaluated and placed on the right team.
How early should I arrive to tryouts?
Arrive 15–30 minutes before your scheduled start time to check in and warm up. Parking is limited at tryout sites — give yourself plenty of time to walk to check-in.
What if I want to tryout for an older age group?
Attend the tryout for your specific age band first and let the coaches know your player is interested in playing up. Final decisions are made by club staff.
Will we need to buy new uniforms and how much do they cost?
Yes. New uniforms are required for the 26/27 season. Each year players purchase one training kit, one game kit (home or away), and one other item (jacket). Nike Surf backpacks are required but not every year. Estimated cost: $350 annually for returning players. Uniforms are not included in membership fees.
What are the Membership Fees for each program?
Full registration fees are announced at the end of April / beginning of May before tryouts begin.
What does my membership include?
Field & court rentals, insurance, coaching and admin compensation, background checks, dedicated goalkeeper coaching, coaching education, college recruiting services, and league registration. Travel, uniforms, team supplies, and showcases are not included.
My player is U8, can they tryout for U9?
Yes — U8 players may try out for U9 with internal staff approval as part of the Development Academy.
