Originally formed in 1988 as Tualatin Hills United Soccer Club—the first organization in the Portland metro area to earn ECNL designation—our club later rebranded as Northwest Elite Futbol Club.
In 2024, we became Oregon Surf in a commitment to open yet bigger opportunity for our players as the state's only affiliate of Surf Nation, the celebrated nationwide club established in 1977.
